SBS Inkigayo will be bringing back their Take 7 chart, which means artists will once again be eligible to win awards on the show.
Rather than the old system, scores will be counted only through music sales and fan votes. The top 50 songs of the week will be
put up for vote, and fans will be able to cast their vote once a week through SBS’s official mobile app, SOTY. (Available for free on iOS and Android.)
Before proceeding on to voting, you must have an SBS account. You can find the tutorial here.
Once you have an account, follow these steps to vote.
1. First, download the SOTY app on your android (here) or iPhone (here).
2. Open the SOTY app and click the first icon in the second row.
If anytime this pops up, check your internet connection and then press “재시도” If not, continue on to the next step.
3. Wait for it to load, and it then click the box that says “ SBS인기가요 사전투표하기”
4. Now, scroll down until you find “BESTie Thank You Very Much.” Once you have found it, press “투표”
5. Something should pop up for you to enter your SBS ID and your password. After you’d done that press “로그인”
6. It should refresh back to the voting page. Scroll down once again and press “투표” once more. Once you see this pop-up, you have voted for BESTie! Yay!
